Computers:
Public access computers are available during open library hours and automatically shut down 15 minutes prior to closing. Computers are located in the Children’s Room and Young Adult section on the upper level and in the Reference Area on the lower level. Computers require a valid library card for login once per day and can be used for up to 2 hours per day. Two Express computers are available on the lower level that can be accessed without a library card. Additionaly, the Computer Lab has 11 computers that are used for various library programs. WiFi:
Use your wireless-enabled device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) to gain access to the Internet at the Main Library. Simply connect your device to the CPLibrary wireless network (no password required) and open up your browser to review and accept the Wireless Internet Policy. Faxing & Scanning:
The library has a self-service FAX machine on the lower level of the Main Library. The cost is $1.00 per page. Scanning files to email or USB is also available for free on the fax machine.
Printing:
Printing is available from all public access computers at both the Main Library and Fairview Branch. Mobile printing is available allowing you to send prints to the library printer from personal devices at home, on the go, or in the library. Self-service copiers are available. There is a Black & White copier on the upper level across from the Circulation Desk and on the lower level around the corner from the Reference Desk. The Color copier is on the lower level across from the Reference Desk.

Readers’ Advisory Service:
Request a personalized reading lists from the Reference Department. Tell us what you like to read and we’ll send you a list of recommendations within a week. Please complete as much or as little of the form as you like, but the more information you provide, the more specific the recommendation will be to you. We value your privacy and will keep your answers strictly confidential.
While the library remains closed to the public, we will send you a book recommendation list with links to the FREE library e-books and e-audiobooks that you can borrow immediately.

Notary Public Service:
Notary services are provided by the Chicopee Public Library free of charge. Only a small portion of our
staff is certified to provide this service, so the library will not always have a notary public available. To
confirm that a notary public will be available when you visit the library, please email cpl@chicopeepubliclibrary or call 413-594-1800 x3 before you leave home.
