This a collection of digitally scanned photographs from the Chicopee Falls Urban Development Survey done in 1966 by the Chicopee Redevelopment Authority. Properties were assessed and torn down during the Richard H. Demers mayoral administration. But, funding was cut and the buildup never happened leaving Chicopee Falls in a state of disarray that still exists.
