A four page special edition of the Fisk Bulletin dedicated to the announcement of Victory Liberty Loan Drive. This is the fifth year of the drive and the focus is buying bonds to help the government in the clean-up after The Great War in Europe. Letters of appeal from the management of the Fisk Company fill the first two pages. A letter in Polish and one from the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury are on page three. The back page explains the payment plan of buying the bonds. The goal of the drive: $260,000.
