The Fisk Tire Company's Special War Bond Drive published on April 30, 1919.

A four page special edition of the Fisk Bulletin dedicated to the progress of Victory Liberty Loan Drive. This is the fifth year of the drive and the focus is on buying bonds to help the government in the clean-up after The Great War in Europe. The page one banner headline and subhead announce the success of the drive and that $40,000 over the goal of $260,000 was raised in just 18 hours. Page two and three are thank you letters and encouragements from management about the drive. A photograph of the Victory Drive committee is on page three along with another explainer on the payment plan. Page four is a reprint of an essay from Literary Digest about the sacrifices of war.
