A four page newspaper describing the events related to the social groups and athletic clubs of the Fisk Tire Company for the week of September 19, 1919. Page one announces the Lyman Street (Springfield) Rink has been secured as the home for winter activities for Fisk employees. There will be room for a basketball court and a full dance floor. Also, the Red Tops will play the Hendees of Springfield for the Industrial League regional championship. The page one feature is a story and photograph on the oldest Fikser at the plant, William J. Munroe. He started at Fisk in 1898 and has always been connected to the Tire Room. On a side note, Mike Shea wants Bulletin readers to know it was he and not Mike Kane who bought the soda for Muriel Moran. Love is in the air on page two as the Telephone room is hit by romance and several of the operators will not be returning to work after getting married while on vacation. Page three features a story and photographs of the Fisk Fire Department and their recent training session. Also, the Non-Skids will finish their season against the Athol town team and the boys gym class will reopen at the Springfield Y.M.C.A. Despite the weather the Old Timers League wraps up the season and the story appears on page four. The list for the minstrel show tops 100 names and Kitty Fitzgerald is now Mrs. Kaveney.
