Helen placing a few plastic leis around recently retired Civil Defense Director and former boss, David J. Hopkins. He was also Helen's neighbor living at 15 Mellon Street. Hopkins was the current Chicopee Demoractic City Committee Chairman. Two other unknown women in Hawaian dress standing on either side of Helen.
