  • Tapestry Health (Chicopee) – For 50 years Tapestry has been a leading expert in the community on critical public health issues. We provide access without stigma, which means meeting people where they are at and respecting their choices while providing health care, support services, and education for safer practices.
  • Scarleteen – Offers inclusive, comprehensive, and supportive sexuality and relationship resources for teens and emerging adults.
  • imi – imi was created through a collaboration of LGBTQ+ organizations, and hundreds of LGBTQ+ young people from across the country – it’s a tool for LGBTQ+ teens, by LGBTQ+ teens and their allies. imi is rooted in science and research, helping to make sure that it’s safe, supportive, and impactful for LGBTQ+ teens. All of the content has been created, vetted, and tested by scientists, therapists and other professionals to ensure what we’re putting into the world will be just that: safe, supportive, and impactful.
  • Trevor Project – The Trevor Project is a 24/7 crisis intervention and suicide prevention hotline for LGBTQ youth. Youth can text “Start” to 678-678 for support, call 1-866-488-7386, or use the online chat feature on the Trevor Project’s website.
  • Trans Lifeline – Trans Lifeline is a grassroots hotline and microgrants 501(c)(3) non-profit organization offering direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis – for the trans community, by the trans community.
  • LGBT National Help Center – Provides confidential support online or over the phone and can help locate local resources for LGBTQ+ youth.
  • GLAD – Provides information on current rights and legislation that affect LGBTQ+ youth and students.  Resources can be narrowed by state.
  • Massachusetts School Laws – Information about current state laws pertaining LGBTQ+ Youth and student rights, compiled by GLAD Law.
  • Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network (GLSEN) – At GLSEN, we want every student, in every school, to be valued and treated with respect, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. We believe that all students deserve a safe and affirming school environment where they can learn and grow.
  • Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition – An advocacy, education, and community-building organization that works to end discrimination on the basis of gender identity and expression.
  • It Gets Better Project – The It Gets Better Project was created to show young LGBT people the levels of happiness, potential, and positivity their lives will reach – if they can just get through their teen years. The It Gets Better Project wants to remind teenagers in the LGBT community that they are not alone — and it WILL get better.
  • The Asexual Visibility Education Network (AVEN) – hosts the world’s largest online asexual community as well as a large archive of resources on asexuality. AVEN strives to create open, honest discussion about asexuality among sexual and asexual people alike.
  • Trans Student Educational Resources – youth-led organization dedicated to transforming the educational environment for trans and gender non-conforming students through advocacy and empowerment.
